I hope it smelled better than the hot, steaming tar I used to find in my kids' diapers!

Gee that sounds real hot
Hope it doesn't make your tires
Poop all their air out

OB, can you give me baiku 101? What constitutes a baiku and what does not?

Limes, you probably know about haiku? Japanese poetry, typically about nature or seasons, does not need to rhyme, but has a particular structure. The first line has 5 syllables, second line has 7 syllables, third line has 5. There are other structural elements regarding pauses and closure, but most people just follow the syllable structure and call it good.

Baiku is any haiku about bikes (including motorcycles) or bicycles.

OK, thanks! I had pretty much grabbed it, but didn't want to assume I was brilliant. (I'm not, particularly!) Thanks for the article.
