We're probably all tremendously affected by our natural environment AND become immune to it. I can't tell you what your green, green snaps do to me. I love my desert, but - oh! - your lush green surroundings are beautiful!
@Mike J -- You bet, we use those lines. There's a ton of traffic and this is one trail that has a lot of commuter movement AM and PM (we're #2 in the nation behind Portland for year-round commuters). One other trail actually separates the east-bound from the west-bound from the pedestrian traffic.

The line down the middle of the trail kind of cracks me up. Do people actually use it?

I hate it when I'm one of them though there are days the trial looks pretty close to the "free"way in your pic.
