We got out for a nice, long ride outta town on Friday: sixty-some-odd miles into and out of the Minnesota River Valley, across farm fields, wasn't too toasty, plenty-o-green countryside...coffee/lunch stop...good company. What a day.On Saturday, we rode a ding-around pace from home to the Mpls Farmers' Market for some locally-made brats and caramel rolls...people-watching, music, food. Can't beat it!
Saturday evening we rode about a mile from home to see some poppers.
We feel pretty fortunate living where we do. The metro area is fairly bicycle-friendly, and we're in a good spot to ride urban or countryside.
I love Minnesota in the summer.
